My very last senior of the summer last season was Haley, and what an amazing way to end the summer sessions. Haley and her siblings were actually my very first clients in 2005! To be photographing her senior portraits was exciting and surreal at the same time, kids really do grow up way too fast. Haley has always been one of my easiest clients, she is super comfortable in front of the camera and knows how to pose. I never mind having to talk people through posing and helping them relax, it's part of my job and I'm happy to do it, but Haley definitely did it all on her own for the most part.
Her session took place at Goddard Memorial State Park in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. The park is a great place for sessions as it has a park atmosphere as well as beach access, a perfect combination.
Can we take a minute to appreciate the gorgeous head of hair she has, seriously so much hair envy going on for her.
The beach is one of my favorite places to photograph as I love the beach. Warm sand, salty air and beautiful sunsets all make me super happy. The beach also can be a hard place to photograph as the sun and lack of shade can create challenges. On this day we couldn't seem to get a perfect sunset with the clouds and the trees, but I'm very happy with what we were able to capture.
We ended the session on a bridge we had walked over when we got to the park. They ended up being my favorite pictures from the session.
Studio 860 Photography, Connecticut and Rhode Island Senior Photographer is looking forward to photographing all the Senior class of 2019's senior portraits.
