Spring in New England has just been horrible this year. Day after day of cold and rain, sometimes I think we were transported to Seattle, but then I see their weather is sunnier then ours has been these last few months. I was so excited that the night I was to meet the "L" family that it was actually warm, it was a gift from Mother Nature for sure.
After my initial conversation with the Mom we had decided that Parmelee Farm in Killingworth, CT was the perfect location for their Connecticut family photosession. I find the farm has lots of opportunities for different backgrounds and also allows the kids to run around and have some fun. We met about an hour before sunset and had the entire farm to ourselves.
The two little ones were absolutely adorable and total hams in front of the camera. I love seeing families interact and these little ones were so much fun. We were able to make great use of the outdoor setting and got some memorable images for the family to hang on their walls for years to come.
