In August I photographed one of my favorite return clients 3 year pictures in one of my favorite places to do photosessions, Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford Connecticut. This park is so beautiful and I get so excited every time I get to photograph anyone there. I am not the only photographer that must get excited about it, because every time I go there are countless other photographers there doing their own photoshoots. There are wide open fields (one of my favorite things) and beautiful trees, and to make it even better there is even beach access (one of my other favorite things). It is definitely my favorite place in Connecticut.
Little Miss Olivia was very excited for her photos and was super easy and fun to photograph. Her Dad is in the Navy and her first dress had little anchors on it in honor of him, so cute. We made our way around the park and used the beautiful blue sky as our backdrop for most of the images. Balloons were brought out for the second half of the session and were a huge hit for her (I personally am terrified of balloons, but I was able to keep it together for the sake of the session). We ended at the beach, which proved to be a bit too windy, but it was a great session with the cutest little 3 year old.
